Schultz was elected to a three-year term as president of the 160-member

financial assistance to the families of public safety and rescue personnel who 
are killed in the line of duty. This includes the police officers (state, 
county, and municipal), correction officers, fire fighters, and rescue squad

during the 200 Club banquet, Ms. Schultz&amp;rsquo;s brother, Corporal Timothy Schultz, 
who is a special operations officer with the &lt;st1:PlaceName 
w:st="on"&gt;Anne&lt;/st1:PlaceName&gt; &lt;st1:PlaceName w:st="on"&gt;Arundel&lt;/st1:PlaceName&gt; 
&lt;st1:PlaceType w:st="on"&gt;County&lt;/st1:PlaceType&gt; (&lt;st1:State w:st="on"&gt;&lt;st1:place 
w:st="on"&gt;Maryland&lt;/st1:place&gt;&lt;/st1:State&gt;) SWAT Team, was presented with the 
Award of Valor.&lt;SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;Cpl. Schultz was 
recognized for his heroic efforts during an incident when he was serving a 
search warrant and was confronted by an armed subject wanted for attempted 
murder. &lt;SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;When the suspect fired, 
without hesitation, Corporal Schultz returned fire, fatally wounding the 
suspect. &lt;SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;His actions saved not only 
his own life, but that of other team members as well.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
