it states that a cemetery company organized in accordance with this act after 
December 1, 1971 shall not operate a cemetery unless the company is a nonprofit 
corporation organized and operated in compliance with Title 15A of the New 
Jersey Statutes and has been issued a certificate of authority to do so by the
