In appreciation for the risks police officers firefighters and paramedics take every day to maintain the safety of their communities and its residents, the affiliated cemeteries of CMS Mid-Atlantic, Inc. are offering pubic safety personnel significant savings when they prearrange their cemetery choices. Police officers, firefighters and paramedics will receive a $350 credit toward the purchase of their burial space before the time of need; and an additional $350 credit toward the purchase of burial space for their spouse — for total savings of $700. The savings total nearly 50 percent off the cost of the burial spaces if they were purchased at the time of immediate need. The $350 credits are only offered through March 31, 2008.
“Residents rely significantly on our public safety officials to ensure our safety,” says Bernard E. Stoecklein, Jr., president and CEO of CMS Mid-Atlantic, Inc., a company that provides financial, marketing and consulting services as well as business development processes to the cemetery industry throughout New Jersey. “This is one way that the management and staff of our affiliated cemeteries can express our appreciation.”
Stoecklein continued, “By prearranging for their burial spaces before the time of need, police officers, firefighters, paramedics and their spouses will have the peace of mind that their wishes will be carried out. Plus, it frees the surviving family members from the burden of making difficult choices during one of the saddest times of their lives.”
