CMS Cemeteries Comply with the "New Jersey Smoke-Free Air Act"

This is just a reminder that in accordance with the new law that went into effect on April 15, 2006, CMS Mid-Atlantic-affiliated cemeteries in New Jersey prohibit smoking in our community mausoleums and offices.  The new law only prohibits smoking in indoor public places and workplaces, therefore smoking is still permitted (but not encouraged) in garden areas.

CMS Mid-Atlantic-affiliated properties include:  Alpine Cemetery, Greenwood Cemetery, Hollywood Memorial Park, Laurel Grove Cemetery, Restland Memorial Park and Vestal Hills Memorial Park.
