Jersey legislators encouraging their support of A-2973.
The legislation would enable cemeteries and memorial parks to sell memorials,
private mausoleums and vaults with 5% of each sale going to the state for
deposit into the Distressed Cemetery Maintenance and Preservation Fund.
The funds would be distributed to the state to assist troubled cemeteries.
